Do i live in sandy springs or atlanta?

Ok.....So its kind of a trick question

I know for a fact that my address is: Sandy Springs GA, 30350. However, 30350 comes up as an atlanta zip code. In fact, when you google map 30350, it shows an area Between Sandy Springs and Roswell (much further north of the city of atlanta). Why?

Part of Sandy Springs is shared with Atlanta? Atlanta is much more south from Sandy Springs...completely seperate, geographically..... so why does the 30350 show up as Atlanta, but its actually between sandy springs and roswell on the map???

When billers send me statements....my mail all have the correct street address, but sometimes it says "Atlanta instead of the correct "Sandy Springs". Why so complexed?Do i live in sandy springs or atlanta?
Sandy Springs is a suburb in Atlanta.



Kind of like Hollywood is a neighborhood in Los Angeles.
