Do you know of anything like this? If not, what do you think?

Basically, it would be a Google maps style sight ware you enter your zip code and it shows you a map of all the places of worship in your area (all religions). There would be a name, pic of the building, a basic description of what kind of church or whatever it was and a link to there website if they have one and a my space style profile if not.

I think something like this would not only help people who are devoted to there chosen religion find the right church for them but it would also help people who are confused and searching for the right religion for them.

If you know of something like this that already exists please post a link to it, if not let me know what you think of the idea.Do you know of anything like this? If not, what do you think?
I think there is one called "Flockfinder" but it might not cover all religions. I like your idea of covering all forms of faith and philosophies. I put the link to what I found at the bottom. It just didn't seem to offer all the different religions.

I also found another site that is closer to what you described:

In Google Maps, once you've gone to a location you can says "churches" in the search bar and will show locations. with names on the left.

Some areas have Street View so you can see a view of the church from the street.

Once you know the name and address you can try to find the church's website. I would recommend that all churches have a photo of their church on their home page, but many of them don't.Do you know of anything like this? If not, what do you think?
beliefnet.net has something similar to what you are talking about. They have links to directory listings of different churchs, synagogues, and other places of worship.
Some of that is available on Google Maps. Pictures can be submitted by users.
Sounds like it would be quite a useful tool for some people.
I like it!
We should send that to whoever is in charge of Air Force drones.
