Is there a number that you can text-message to in order to get local weather & forecast?

USA TODAY used to print a phone number with the weather map. You'd text your zip code to it, and within a minute or so you'd receive a text message showing the current temperature and the forecast for the next 2-3 days. They seem to have discontinued that. Is there any other such service, one that will work on an off-brand cell phone (such as NET 10 or PagePlus)?Is there a number that you can text-message to in order to get local weather %26amp; forecast?
