Boundaries of zip codes, school districts, election precincts, etc: which map program shows them?

I can't seem to find any maps showing these sorts of civic boundaries . If in fact none of the mapping programs (maps.yahoo, maps.google, mapquest, randmcnally) have yet thought to make this an option, whom do we contact to encourage them to do so? Surely, the street/address lists for these sorts of districts are public information. There is no one map program that I know of that shows them all. There are specially maps. some of them are located in your telephone yellow pages. You can always do a web search for these specialty maps on you favorite search engine
