My friend bought me something from a website and is having it ship to my location and his brother asked if i'm aware google maps doesnt give the correct IP address.
I just copied pasted the info it gave me when i typed in my address in google maps and now i'm paranoid if i gave him the wrong thing, It was my zip code yet he said IP address and i didn't know that if that was what he really wanted.
I gave my city, province, address and house number. . . Would it still be okay even if google maps was giving different information about the zip code?I may have given the wrong zip code?
even if you gave the wrong zip, the post office is pretty good at finding your house as long as the zip code that you gave out also doesn't have the same number and street as you.
ip address is your internet address. it's provided by your internet provider. it has nothing to do with street address.
