A quick look found multiple web sites selling state-by-state zip code maps for $80 to $120. If there were anywhere you could get one for free, nobody would sell them for $80. There wouldn't be enough demand.
That said, you could create one yourself with a state map and a few phone books. Not a great solution, I'll grant you, but it's a possibility.
Another idea would be to check with your local post office. If anybody gives them away (or sells them really cheap), it'd be the post office.
FYI: ignore the first answerer. There is no such US postal code.|||You can't. It's illegal to give them away for free.
